[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2020 Cancelation

Hi All,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce FOSS4G 2020 Calgary has been canceled. Unfortunately the ongoing COVID19 pandemic makes hosting this event impossible.

We have refunded all ticket holders and will be refunding all sponsors as well.

Thanks everyone for your support, we will look to the future and 2021 in BA.
