I suspect that you would want to cap size, but it is hard to answer
this without having some figures to base the answer upon.<br>

For each venue, how much will the venue cost/delegate for 800, 1200,
1600, 2000 people?<br>
<br>
What is your best guess for number of attendees.<br>
Note, in Sydney we originally thought we'd get 750 - 900 people.
However we hadn't factored in the % of local people at the conference,
which worked against Australia as our local population is relatively
small. This should work in your favour in the US.<br>
