Hello, Arnulf,

Thanks for your prompt answer. Hope you had a wonderful holiday!

Gao Ang is preparing the vector format of the logo and will send to you next week.

and for your suggestion of starting the website construction from static HTML, it's a nice idea. We are right now working on it. And the Registration system is supposed to be online in next March or April.

in the US they celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday and typically many take
this as a short holiday, so not sure whether this will get done right
away, I'll check whether I have the right credentials to do this.

The logo looks really nice now. Could you please send an editable
version in a vector format, either SVG or EPS? Then we can produce
different sized versions which people can add to their private and
website, blog, event calendar and so on to link back to the web site
which you are currently putting together.

Ideally we will have a page like this one:
http://2011.foss4g.org/content/identity

Especially look at the section "Web Banner". There should be logos with
150 * 150 pixel - the exact same size, then people will only have to
exchange the link and the logo image from last years' conference but
need not redesign their web site to make it fit with the logo.

Thanks,
Arnulf
