    The instigator for keeping Letter of Intent short was to be
    respectful of our communities time, both in bidding, and in reading
    bids. I'm open to a reasoned argument for making the LoI longer, but
    I think the current 2 pages is sufficient.<br>

    I haven't seen any issues to date with the 2 vote system for LoI.
    There are a number of alternatives which could also be good, but
    unless there is an issue, I'd suggest don't spend the effort
    changing.<br>
