<br>
You will often find that if someone gives you good advise from an
email list, then others on the list won't feel a need to chime in.
In this case, if you don't get someone extending or contradicting
Steven's advice within 48 hours, then it is probably worth
following.<br>
For major decision points which the list members will help identify,
such as committing to spending, we will put a motion to the vote,
and likely escalate to the board to confirm.<br>

number of different engagement models for FOSS4G
