    <p>I'm replying here as CRO to clarify some misinterpretations of
      Till's email.</p>
    <p>13 conference committee members cast a vote.</p>
    <p>There were votes cast for both cities.</p>
    <p>A number of the people voting commented on how good both
      proposals were or mentioned the difficulty in selecting.</p>
    <p>As already reported, Calgary received more votes than Halifax. <br>
