As Istanbul (Turkey), we would like to be a candidate for the
FOSS4G 2021 becoming a part of other regions. For this reason, we
prepared a letter of intent which is at the attachment. Since this
is the first time for us to apply such an event via a limited
document with 2 pages, we wanted to emphasize how our vision will
be on the event. If you have any questions about Istanbul and the
event in Istanbul, we would like to answer your questions.
