the same time, and per the earlier Conference Dev exchanges on
the <i>overall conference selection process, </i>we do need
to continue thinking about how to recruit more interest in
hosting, including retaining regional diversity. It seems
clear, and makes sense, that the pandemic's ripple effects
remain and continue to impact volunteering/recruiting. </div>
