<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">Dear Conference Committee;<div><br></div><div>We know that the FOSS4G 2026 will be in Hiroshima. Is there a fixed date yet for the conference? The last calendar week in August has been mentioned before but it would be good to have a confirmation in this regard before the handover after FOSS4G 2025 in Auckland. We assume that Hiroshima will be held during the Northern Hemisphere summer?</div><div><br></div><div>The UK local chapter is interested in bidding for FOSS4G 2027. Is there any more information in regards to the bidding process?</div><div><br></div><div>Are there any plans to integrate the conference_dev list into the OSGeo discourse forum. At current there is very little information in the forum.</div><div><br></div><div>Best,</div><div>Dennis Bauszus</div></div>
