[OSGeo-Discuss] Distribution Special Interest Groups

It sounds like there is a need for a "OSGeo Distribution" project whose 
mission is to build OSGeo projects into different distributions?

The project could be treated the same as other OSGeo projects, setting 
up a PSC and the like.
