[OSGeo-Discuss] Hacker on the wiki

The OSM wiki hit the same thing. There are two easy fixes

1) turn on user-only edits

2) apply the little patch which rejects edits which contain a <div> tag.
Google for it, shouldn't be hard to find.

We never had spam again.
