imho not: this is free software - free as freedom to choose, what you

Imho, rather than provide any kind of repositories - at least not for
those operating systems / their distributions and clons, OSGeo should
focuse on pushing fresh versions to new Linux releases. Sometimes, the
people who are completing stable distributions better leave our GIS
packages, because they look to fresh and untested to them. OSGeo task
should be to press on this people to include fresh GIS software to
distros. I hope, you understand, what I would like to express :-)

There is no need for new special repositories. Maybe it makes sense for
backports. Of course, one place, where Windows users could get all the
FOSS4G stuff would be good :-)
