Nominations for new Charter Members of the OSGeo Foundation open 
until the end of Thursday 29th May, in your subjective timezone.

Charter Members are responsible for choosing the Foundation's Board.
Annually the membership is expanded (historically, by 15 people)
so that new projects, people and local chapters are represented.

http://www.osgeo.org/charter_members is the current roll-call of the
worldwide membership.

To nominate a new Charter Member, email cro at osgeo.org with their name,
contact email, and a brief paragraph about why you recommend them.
