[OSGeo-Discuss] SpatiaLite and RasterLite

I could be wrong, but I think that the GPLv3 license that librasterlite is distributed under is incompatible with the GDAL/OGR library.  I believe that has been some work ongoing to integrate libspatialite into GDAL/OGR but I haven't been watching all that closely.
