[OSGeo-Discuss] code sprint before or after the conference

After for sure; I was up late most nights getting presentation or  
tutorial material sorted.

We actually had a bit of learning on this one; last year many people  
in our code sprint where apparently a bit hung over from staying up  
late and saying good bye to those leaving before the code sprint.

This year we packed it in early; and had a good list of things to  
accomplish during the sprint; and were pretty productive as a result.  
I found very few groups getting organised before the event.
