[OSGeo-Discuss] Getting a .kmz into GIS

Looks to me like the PNGs referenced in the KML are 2 logos and a small image preview icon. 
The actual image file seems to be called 20100614151937_Envisat_VV.tif, but I can't figure out the full web URL.
