[OSGeo-Discuss] ImportError: DLL load failed

Hi

I've installed GDAL and python bindings (py 2.7) on win xp sp3 using Tamas
Szekeres's binaries.

All the environmental variables are ok (path, gdal_data and pythonpath)

gdal's path is the first in the path variable (c:\gdal;...)

I can run a script in the directory where the installation of GDAL is, ¡but
not in another directory!

the line from osgeo import gdal" causes the error-message ImportError: DLL
load failed

I don't know what I can do
