We in India are putting lot of efforts to make people aware about OSGeo and open source geospatial tools.This training is one among them.

Nice to hear about this workshop.

Do you intend to make use of the OSGeo-Live [1] DVD or USB as part
    of your workshop?
This DVD/USB provides a very professional experience for trainees
    wishing to learn about osgeo as it comes preinstalled with ~ 50
    osgeo applications, all preconfigured with sample data.

Our OSGeo-Live 5.5 version will be released early March, which is
    ideally timed for use at your workshop.

Also, you may wish to present a derivative of our osgeo-live
    lightening overview [2].
