[OSGeo-Discuss] FOSS4G workshop contacts

Hi Jeff,

I'm just catching up on this thread. I've now replied to Andrea's enquiry
and agree that reinstating the conference workshop list is the right thing
to do.

If you could set me up as an admin I'll take it from there.
