[OSGeo-Discuss] ESRI, please publicly share reasons for given for adopting the GeoServices REST API

I have been notified that ESRI/OGC will not be sharing reasons for 
voting for the "GeoServices REST API" that has been sent to OGC voting 
members.

I'm disappointed that such information is being with held from public 
debate.
