[OSGeo-Discuss] [Election 2014] Board Nomination for Jeff McKenna

As Markus pointed out in his nomination - little needs to be said about Jeff,
he has been one of the most visible leaders of OSGeo for years and I would like to express 
my strong support for his nomination,
