Dear CRO,

I would like to nominate Maëlle Vercauteren for OSGeo Charter Member.

Maëlle is a dynamic supporter of OpenSource Geospatial technologies and
OpenData. She teaches Opensource GIS at the University of Bruxelles,
with a special course dedicated to developing countries professionals.
She put a lot of efforts into the organization of the first
Be-OpenGIS-fr event, and now contributes to the organization of FOSS4G
Belgium.
