[OSGeo-Discuss] [OSGeo Elections 2015] Nomination for Gonzalo Pérez

I second this nomination.

Gonzalo is one of the leaders of the OSM community in Argentina and the
whole region. I think it's very important to join forces between both
communities to spread the word about open software and open data in every
single event, conference or meetup. All of us are working together to make
that happen and Gonzalo is a very important player in this game.
