[OSGeo-Discuss] Open LiDAR being discussed at OGC Technical Committee Meeting

Dear all,
I'll be glad if all original slides and a minutes (by Martin that, I
understand from Jeff words, acts as osgeo representative) are going to be
shared to the OSGeo community that supports this.
