I would like to nominate

Luís de Sousa

for charter membership of OSGeo

Luís is actively contributing to PyWPS project and active in the field 
of open source software for geospatial, promoting it not only at his 
work, but also at conferences and workshops. He is member of the PyWPS 
project steering committee and I believe, he will have valuable input to 
some of the topics we, as OSGeo.org, are facing.
