[OSGeo-Discuss] Fwd: Nomination of Charter Member: Monia Molinari

[Marco Minghini]

+1 for this nomination. Monia has a great experience and a unique passion
for FOSS4G. She was also one of the core people involved in organizing
FOSS4G Europe 2015 last year in Como. I believe she deserves to become a
Charter Member.
