+1

I second this excellent nomination. Barry has played a key role in the success of FOSS4G Nottingham 2013.

Best wishes,

Suchith

I would like to nominate Barry Rowlingson for charter membership, Barry
is a university researcher and teacher who has supported OSGEO for many
years including being part of the LOC for the Nottingham FOSS4G
conference. He is also active on gis.stackexchange and twitter answering
questions on spatial R.

Cheers

Ian

PS Am I supposed to spam discuss with this also?
