Nominee: Gretchen Peterson, gretchen at petersongis.com<mailto:gretchen at petersongis.com> <mailto:gretchen at petersongis.com<mailto:gretchen at petersongis.com>>

I would like to nominate Gretchen Peterson for OSGeo Charter Membership. Gretchen is a cartographer, author, and educator whose contributions to the community have impacted many of us - speaking personally, I can say that everything I know about designing good maps in QGIS, I learned from Gretchen. Most recently, Gretchen is co-author of the book "QGIS Map Design".
