specific. This year we again had far too many</span></font> <br>
<font size=2><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>great talks to fit into the number
of slots available. </span></font></p>

encourage you to submit a proposal for next year's conference,</span></font> <br>
<font size=2><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>and we thank you again for taking
the time to submit your proposal.</span></font> </p>
