sure is see if the OGRProvider.dll has a dependency on the Xerces dll. Of

The FDO OGR Provider can already be built with GML support if it is<br>
desired. I'm not sure if it is part of the default build or not. It<br>
really depends on how the OGR is built.<br>

Note, there are limitations with the OGR GML driver. GML2 only, and

confused by complicated gml.<br>
