<div>Idaho State Univerity started a 2-year M.S. in Geographic Information Science program in 2004 and has about 30 students in the program. We also offer a graduate certificate and undergraduate minor in geotechnologies. For the very ambitious, we offer a GIS/Geotechnologies emphasis in our PhD Engineering and Applied Science program. Each program includes opportunities for emphasis in applied GIS, remote sensing, historical resources management (through our anthropology department) or GIS software development.. We have about a 20% acceptance rate for applicants. </div>
