having it parsed to a set of address entities just match it with<br>
particular fields and geometry from the data set.<br>

My idea is to use syntax and lexical analysis tools (the same we use<br>
for making compilers) and set of rules (grammar) for each address<br>
system, which we can call a plugin for the geocoding engine.<br>
It means that most of work would be transfered from core engine<br>
developers to plugin developers. It is also a perfect task to split to<br>
local communities - to develop a plugin for a local address system<br>
according to the main engine specification.<br>
