</div>Trying to impose a policy is the wrong direction. Instead,<br>
communities that care should talk to the owners and see what<br>
can be done.<br>

Like another post says - make <a href="http://xx.osgeo.org" target="_blank">xx.osgeo.org</a> the<br>
official way to recognise a local chapter (no purchase necessary!).<br>
Let local chapters do what they want with osgeo.xx (unless OSGeo<br>
buys it, there is no rights for managing it anyway).<br>
