It depends on how "user-defined" (or implementor-defined?) you
want the system to be, but GeoMoose (<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.geomoose.org">www.geomoose.org</a>) glues some
of the best OSGeo projects (OpenLayers, Mapserver, PostGIS) together
and provides a customizable web mapping application.<br>
