Remember that some were reluctant to change the existing pattern where in a charter member can vote as many times as the number of Board member slots. Then I felt that OK I will go with the tide and voted for the motion.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>But now I feel this reduces the chances of voting to a worthy member competing for the board. At the same time it might be rude not voting to any other if he feels that he might reduce the chances of (his) the chosen one.</span></div><div><span>Hope the present charter will react to
