<div dir="ltr">The <span>GeoTools</span> and <span>GeoServer</span> communities are delighted to announce that the first full release of <a href="https://sourceforge.net/projects/geotools/files/GeoTools%2011%20Releases/11.0/" target="_blank"><span>GeoTools</span> 11.0</a> and<a href="http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/GeoServer+2.5.0" target="_blank"> <span>GeoServer</span> 2.5.0</a> have been made today. If you want to see what's new there are blog posts for <a href="http://geotoolsnews.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/geotools-11.html" target="_blank"><span>GeoTools</span></a> and <a href="http://blog.geoserver.org/2014/03/20/geoserver-2-5-released/" target="_blank"><span>GeoServer</span></a>. <div>


<br></div><div>These releases are the first to be made under the new <a href="http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/GeoTools+and+GeoServer+release+schedule" target="_blank">release schedule</a> so <span>GeoTools</span> 11.1 and <span>GeoServer</span> 2.5.1 will not be released next month but in May giving users a chance to bed down the new releases before any changes hit them. </div>
