This is actually a good question and maybe points towards a new
way of<br>
leveraging our Charter Membership. I would think that it would be<br>
worthwhile to pass major changes in the way the organization
operates<br>
by the Charter Members. They basically "own" the organization and<br>
(should) have vetted interests in how it takes shape. In the long
run<br>
[1] I can see an electronic voting tool where every now and then<br>
something bubbles up the board deems relevant enough that all (a<br>
majority, quorum, etc.) of our Charter Members wrap their heads
around.<br>

[1] The definition of "long" is directly proportional to the level

interest we can trigger in Charter Membership, so maybe
