<div dir="auto">When we met up in Chicago to set up OSGEO the desire was to be as inclusive as possible. I donate alot of time to OSGEO when I could be doing something fun like coding and I'm getting fed up with charter members popping up on the mailing lists
and complaining about stuff that they haven't done anything about.
