It is my great pleasure to nominate Natraj Vaddadi [1]<br>
as a Charter Member to OSGeo.<br>
<br>
Although he is a late entrant to the OSGeo world, Natraj<br>
has been super active in promoting OSGeo technology and<br>
tools at educational institutions and non-profit organizations<br>
in India and Thailand. He has also participated in OSGeo events<br>
in India and Thailand and is mainly focused on technologies<br>
for field data collection. He is also working on preparing<br>
training documentation for OSGeo community projects<br>
(QGIS, ZOO-WPS etc). He also is doing indian language localization<br>
for geospatial software.<br>
<br>
He conducts his training using FOSS4G tools. His keen interest in <br>
promoting<br>
OSGeo software makes him a great candidate for nomination as Charter<br>
Member for OSGeo.<br>

I have obtained consent form Natraj before filing his nomination.<br>
