I would like to nominate Matt Walker as a Charter Member of OSGeo<br>
<br>
Matt has been active in the UK OSGeo chapter for many years now.<br>
<br>
He is the lead developer of the Loader tool that is used by most UK<br>
organisations to load Ordnance Survey data into PostGIS and has also<br>
contributed to other projects.<br>
<br>
Matt was a member of the FOSS4G 2013 LOC and coordinated the workshop<br>
programme for that event. He was also a member of the LOC for FOSS4G UK<br>
2016.<br>
<br>
Matt is a committed open source person who is always willing to offer<br>
help to others. He would be an exemplary Charter Member<br>
