I would like to nominate Antony Scott as a Charter Member of OSGeo<br>
<br>
Antony has been active in the UK OSGeo chapter for a long time and is<br>
now the secretary of OSGeo:UK<br>
<br>
He teaches QGIS both in the UK and overseas via MapAction where he he<br>
has been a volunteer for over 5 years.<br>
<br>
Antony was a member of the FOSS4G 2013 LOC and also a member of the LOC<br>
for FOSS4G UK 2016.<br>
<br>
Antony is a dedicated open source person who has travelled the world<br>
promoting OSGeo technologies in all sorts of environments, he is always<br>
willing to offer help to others. He would be an excellent Charter Member<br>
