I would like to nominate Nuno Oliveira for OSGeo charter membership. Nuno is a relatively recent addition in the OSGeo Java tribe, and yet<br>
in this time he managed to be active in the GeoTools, GeoServer and GeoWebCache projects,<br>
showing at the same time good technical and communication abilities while also providing support on the user lists, along with GeoServer<br>
related presentations and workshops in local FOSS4G/INSPIRE conferences. He's also a member of OSGeo Portugal and helps<br>
organizing local events.<br>
