I would like to nominate Candan Eylül Kilsedar as an OSGeo Charter <br>
Member. She is currently a PhD student at the GEOlab (Geomatics and <br>
Earth Observation lab) of Politecnico di Milano. She is a young and very <br>
active open source GIS developer, who also participated in GSoC this <br>
summer working on NASA Web WorldWind API. She developed or took part in <br>
