I would like to nominate Scott Clark as a Chater Member of OSGeo.<br>
<br>
Scott Clark has been leading projects that provide geospatial<br>
solutions for large organizations for over a decade. He has focused on<br>
projects that leverage free and open source geospatial software since<br>
2011. He lead the ROGUE Joint Capability Technology Demonstration<br>
(JCTD) project which was the impetus for the development of GeoGig and<br>
for many major contributions to GeoNode. The project resulted in the<br>
creation of the GeoSHAPE project (<a href="http://geoshape.org/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">http://geoshape.org/</a>), which became<br>
the core of what is now Boundless Exchange. Scott was on the program<br>
committee for FOSS4G NA 2012, held in Washington DC. He co-presented<br>
Intro to GeoGit at FOSS4G 2013 in Nottingham and volunteered to<br>
moderate sessions at FOSS4G 2016 in Bonn.<br>

Now as a program manager at DigitalGlobe, Scott continues to lead a<br>
number of projects which all depend on or directly promote open source<br>
geospatial software. He is a strong advocate with his customers on the<br>
benefits of open source software and the importance of contributing<br>
back to the software leveraged in his projects. He continues to be<br>
involved in GeoWave (<a href="http://locationtech.github.io/geowave/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">http://locationtech.github.io<wbr>/geowave/</a>) and the<br>
efforts he leads leverage a number of the OSGeo family of projects.<br>
