Sorry it takes so long (when voting electronically our by-laws asks for all
board members to approve the motion).

Advocates list[5].
We will inform the board for formal acceptance of the list, update the
official list[6], pass to the secretary the revised contacts, and subscribe
the new members to the charter-members list[7]
as soon as possible.
