<p>Comunidad gvSIG Uruguay will be organizing a Free and Open Source Geographic Information Technologies and Open Data Conference in Montevideo (our fifth) and we would like to have GeoForAll deeply involved in its organization. We would like to organize the student's
prize as it was already proposed. Estimated dates are October 11th and 12th 2018. Please let us know if you need any more information and how to proceed for budget issues.<br>
