<div dir="ltr">Wanted to pass on to a link provided by the open source initiative (<a href="https://opensource.org">https://opensource.org</a>). As you know OSGeo relies on OSI to short-list free software and open source licenses that are acceptable to the Foundation.
And then OSGeo adds on a host of additional requirements to ensure our projects are open in other respects (communication, decisions, docs, ...).
