little over a week away, so don't delay and submit your favorite
talk in regards to open source geospatial!</p>

data-start="1047" data-end="1099">Cascadia Users of
Geospatial Open Source (CUGOS)</strong> was founded in 2007
and serves as the <a

href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Cascadia"
moz-do-not-send="true">Cascadia Chapter</a> of the <a
title="blocked::http://www.osgeo.org/"
href="http://www.osgeo.org/" moz-do-not-send="true">OSGeo
Foundation</a>. We are a non-profit community of open source
GIS enthusiasts — from students to professionals, from
academia to industry, and including active OSGeo contributors
(board members, charter members, and project participants).</font></p>

a one-day, low-cost event bringing together academics,
professionals, students, and enthusiasts for a full day of
presentations on open source geospatial tools and open data in
and beyond the Puget Sound region. Talks will cover projects
like QGIS, PostGIS, MapServer, GDAL/OGR, OpenLayers, and more
