[Distrs] opening list

Hi, this list is about a distributed processing system made using GDAL
(C+OpenMP) for scientific research of large area, daily processing of all
MODIS archive using evapotranspiration models of different origins. At this
point, I am going to open a github repository and put what I have there.
Some things are not finished, some have been used for 5+ years already in
my research.
