Dear MapWindow/DotSpatial Users, Developers, and Casual Observers,

Please consider submitting an abstract to give a presentation, poster, or
workshop at the MapWindow GIS and OSGeo DotNet Conference in San Diego,
California, 13-15 June 2011.

http://www.mapwindow.org/conference/2011/

The annual MapWindow conference is a "hybrid" conference including both
traditional academic-style content (in the form of oral presentations and
posters) as well as end user-centered content (primarily in the form of
training workshops).

This call for abstracts (
http://www.mapwindow.org/conference/2011/abstract.php) is a place for you to
submit a summary of the material you want to contribute to the conference.
We have space for 12 four-hour workshops available and a large number of
oral and poster presentation slots.

If you have done any novel or interesting work using or programming with
MapWindow, MapWinGIS ActiveX, DotSpatial, or other DotNet open source
geographic software projects then please feel free to submit a brief summary
of the work in the form of an abstract to either the poster or presentation
sessions.

If you have material to present to end users or programmers in a four-hour
workshop then please consider submitting your workshop summary here. Each
workshop includes one free conference registration for a presenter.

Sincerely,

Dan
